1.Material hardness

2.Material moisture
Generally speaking, Raymond mill can be used to grind material with moisture under 6%. If the material has higher moisture, it will stick on the rollers and the ring, makes it harder to be ground. When passing through the classifier, it may cause jamming. That is to say, dryer material will be easier to be ground, the final capacity will also be higher.

3.Material composition
If the material contains large quantity of powder, it should be graded for once. This can avoid the powder stick on the mill and reduce conveying capacity.

4.Material viscosity
Material with higher viscosity may reduce Raymond mill efficiency.

5.Raymond mill wear-resistance parts quality
Raymond mill with better parts has better performance and higher efficiency.
