Silicon powder processing is to provide qualified silicon powder for organic silicon methyl monomer synthesis equipment. Most of the dust-containing gas from the cyclone dust collector circulates, and a small part of the dust-containing gas is dedusted by the first-stage cloth bag and discharged at high altitude after the first-stage washing.

The vertical grinding system uses one level of dust collection, high efficiency and easy operation, while Raymond mill is three levels of dust collection, the process system is complex and the efficiency is low; c. Raymond mill for suspension roller mill, and vertical mill for press roller mill, good safety; d. The vertical grinding system has low noise, measured at 85 decibels, without soundproofing; e. Vertical grinding system has lower energy consumption per unit product than Raymond grinding system.
