Raw material selection and basic formula:

1. The waste glass powder: all kinds of waste glass are crushed to 40-80 mesh range by vertical mill machine. 65-75% of the formula;

2. Unsaturated polyester resin: industrial grade is generally used, and its consumption accounts for 18-28% in production;

3. Cyclohexanone peroxide: industrial grade is generally used, and it is mainly used for crosslinking and curing in the products. The dosage in the formula usually accounts for 1-1.2%;

4. Cobalt naphthenate: industrial grade, mainly used to promote solidification. It is usually used in the range of 1.0-1.5%.

The technology of making marble from waste glass

Due to calcium aluminate is a better active activator of fly ash, many manufacturers use ordinary Na-Ca-Si glass slag to grind to 0.08mm square hole sieve by ball mill. The ball mill has a large amount of dust and pollutes the environment seriously.
