Application Of Stone Coal Mine Grinding Mill In The New Process Of Extracting Vanadium From Stone Coal

There are many stone coal vanadium extraction processes developed in recent years. Efforts to improve the extraction rate of vanadium and control pollutant emission have been paid more and more attention in the production process, and some new progress has been made in process improvement and pollutant treatment. New technology of extracting vanadium from stone coal

In order to explore the vanadium extraction process with less environmental pollution, some relatively less polluted stone coal vanadium extraction processes have been developed in recent years. According to the investigation of vanadium smelting enterprises in a province of China, there are four new processes: (1) low sodium roasting and water leaching process; (2) Blank roasting (without salt) acid leaching process; (3) calcium salt roasting and acid leaching process; (4) direct dilute acid leaching process without roasting, etc. Among them, low sodium roasting water leaching process, blank roasting acid leaching process and direct dilute acid leaching process without roasting need to grind the stone coal grinding equipment to 150um-75um. The grinding process is conducive to more uniform and sufficient roasting and sufficient leaching.
