The process starts from the collection of long waste silk, including crushing, draining, impurity removal, incineration, grinding, screening, packaging, dust collection and other major links.

First, the long waste silk is crushed into short waste silk with a length of about 10-20mm in a grinding mill. During the crushing process, water is added to wash it to remove some of the sizing agent attached to it, and then it is stored. The water content is naturally drained to about 5%. The glass fiber waste silk is passed through the vibrating screen to remove large impurities and temporarily stored in the silo. Then, the waste silk is evenly and stably added to the belt conveyor, An electromagnetic iron remover is installed on the belt conveyor to remove iron impurities and enter the elevator for incineration. The waste silk enters the feeder of the incinerator. After high-temperature incineration, the organic sizing agent attached to the surface of the glass fiber waste silk is completely removed, and then the waste silk is discharged automatically. It is cooled and transported by a conveyor with a cooling device. Finally, it enters a transition bin for cooling and storage, ready for grinding.
