The working principle of the superfine grinding machine for volcanic rocks is: the materials are crushed into less than 10mm materials by the jaw crusher, lifted to the storage hopper by the bucket elevator, and then fed into the main machine cavity for grinding. The grinding roller installed on the rotary table in the main machine cavity rotates around the central axis. There is a large active gap between the grinding roller and the grinding roller pin. The grinding roller swings horizontally outward under the action of centrifugal force, so that the grinding roller presses the grinding ring, The grinding roll rotates around the grinding roll pin at the same time. The materials pass through the gap between the grinding roller and the grinding ring to achieve the crushing and grinding effect due to the rolling of the grinding roller. The grinding roller is arranged in four layers (HCH780 is arranged in three layers). The materials pass through the first layer of the grinding roller and the grinding ring for the first time, and then pass through the second, third and fourth layers for the second, third and fourth times. Therefore, the materials are fully crushed and ground to obtain fine product fineness. The ground powder falls on the chassis due to gravity, and is blown to the classifier above the main machine for screening under the action of the air flow of the blower. The fine and coarse powder still falls into the main machine for regrinding. The fine powder that meets the specifications flows into the pulse dust remover with the wind. After being collected, the powder is discharged through the discharge valve, which is the finished product. The purified air flows into the blower through the residual air pipe above the pulse dust remover. The air circuit is circular, except that the air blower to the grinding chamber is under positive pressure, The air flow in other pipelines flows under negative pressure, and the indoor sanitary conditions are good. As the water contained in the material is heated and evaporated into gas during grinding, the air volume in the circulating air circuit is increased due to the gas discharged from the flange joints and feed inlets in the pipeline. The increased air volume is discharged into the atmosphere through the bellows interface between the blower and the host.
