1. The application of tar residue processed by tar residue grinding mill in coal blending coking: the waste residue of coking plant is mainly composed of tar residue separated from tar ammonia water clarifier and asphalt residue (regeneration residue for short) generated in the regenerator of crude benzene process. The new waste residue treatment method developed by Spanish coking plant is to use it as the binder of briquette and mix the briquette into coal blending for coking. The first purpose of the research is to evaluate the ability of waste residue to improve coal plasticity and coke performance; the second is to discuss the feasibility of using waste residue briquette in the coking process of blending briquette. For these waste residues of the coking plant, although the general waste residue treatment methods such as landfill, incineration and biological decomposition cannot be used, the effective method is to directly add the waste residue as a plastic additive to the coking coal blending or as a binder for briquette. Many researchers have carried out extensive research on smelting metallurgical coke by mixing waste residue with coking coal. In the early research work, this kind of waste residue was used as an additive for coking coal blending, and was compared with common tar pitch. The research shows that the waste residue processed by the tar residue grinding mill can not only improve the quality of coke, but also help to solve the environmental problems.

2. Tar residue and coke powder are mixed into blended coal for coking: coking coal, also known as main coking coal and bituminous coal. Volatile matter 14%~30%, thickness of colloid layer 14~30mm. Strong cohesiveness and good coking, mainly used for coking. The produced coke block is large, with few cracks and high wear resistance. It is a high-quality metallurgical coke. At the same time, the pollution is completely solved, the coke quality is improved, the standard of high-quality metallurgical coke is reached, and the effects of solid and liquid waste recycling and zero emission are realized.

Application of tar residue processed by tar residue grinding mill in cement production: considering that tar residue contains a large amount of combustible substances, However, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons at high temperatures (>2000 "C) When fully combusted with sufficient oxygen, it can be completely destroyed and decomposed into CO and water. Therefore, as long as the conditions of high temperature and complete combustion can be guaranteed, the tar residue can be used as a valuable energy to turn harm into benefit. It is a simple, convenient, economical and reasonable way to use powdered tar residue as energy source to spray and burn cement in a high-temperature rotary kiln. The specific method is to mix the tar residue with raw coal to remove some volatile matter as fuel. That is to say, the naturally dried tar residue is heated at 200~230C to remove some volatile matter to make it meet the fuel composition requirements for cement production. Then it is mixed with raw coal, dried, grinded and sprayed in the rotary kiln.

4. The tar residue processed by the tar residue grinding mill is used to transform into fuel oil: by reducing the viscosity of the tar residue, reducing the particle size of coke powder, coal powder and other solids, dissolving the asphaltene in it, avoiding oil-water separation and sludge precipitation, the pump application requirements are met, so that it has good combustion performance. 5.
