The grinding plate rotates under the drive of the reducer, and the material enters the grinding roller table to form a material bed under the influence of centrifugal force. The grinding roller above the roller table is continuously rotating and rolling, so the material is crushed by extrusion, grinding and shearing. At the same time, the hot air is sprayed from the air ring around the grinding plate at high speed and evenly upwards. The ground material is blown up and dried, and then enters the classifier with the wind. The fine powder that meets the fineness requirements passes through smoothly. It is collected by the pulse dust collection equipment and is the finished product. The unqualified coarse powder falls back to the grinding plate under the action of the classifier blade, and is ground again with the new material until it passes through the classifier smoothly.
