HCF Series Impact Mill

HCF Series Impact Mill is an efficient and versatile ultrafine grinding equipment independently developed by Guilin Hongcheng. Integrating grinding and dual classification functions, it adopts an impact grinding mechanism and optimized structural design to reduce over-grinding of raw materials. Meanwhile, two sets of air classification systems are equipped to precisely control the particle size range of finished products, meeting the production requirements of narrowly distributed powder products.

With advantages including narrow particle size distribution, high output, low energy consumption, low wear rate, high recovery efficiency and multifunctional performance, the HCF Series Impact Mill provides an ideal solution for ultrafine powder processing.

It can be used for grinding anode materials such as green petroleum coke, calcined petroleum coke, needle coke and pitch coke. It is also suitable for ultrafine processing of non-metallic minerals including calcium carbonate, gypsum, talc and barite, as well as secondary ultrafine grinding of lightweight materials.

ADVANTAGES AND CHARACTERISTICS

WORKING PRINCIPLE OF EQUIPMENT

The materials crushed to a size below 10 mm are transported to the raw material hopper through a pneumatic conveying system and then fed into the grinding chamber by a screw feeder. Driven by the main motor through a belt transmission system, the main shaft rotates at high speed. The rotor assembly fixed on the upper end of the main shaft rotates synchronously with the shaft.

The materials are dispersed by the hammer heads on the rotor and thrown toward the surrounding stator. Under the combined action of the high-speed rotating rotor and the airflow vortex, the materials undergo repeated impact, shearing and grinding, achieving ultrafine pulverization.

Due to the negative pressure generated by the blower, the airflow moves upward from the bottom. The materials are carried upward by the airflow, and qualified fine powder is discharged through the powder outlet at the top of the classifier. Larger particles are returned to the grinding chamber by gravity for further grinding.

The qualified powder is discharged from the lower outlet of the cyclone collector by gravity as the primary finished product. The primary product is then conveyed upward by the screw conveyor in the transition hopper and enters the screening machine with the airflow. Under the action of the rotor blades inside the screening machine, coarse particles return to the lower classifier housing assembly and are discharged through the cone outlet, while finer powder passes through the screening machine with the airflow and is collected by the pulse dust collector.

After purification, the clean airflow flows through the pipeline on the side of the pulse dust collector into the blower. The entire system operates under negative pressure, ensuring good working conditions and a cleaner production environment.
