Welcome to Guilin HCM Machinery Official WebSite!
HZS Series Sand Making Machine is a specialized sand production equipment independently developed by Guilin Hongcheng. It is designed for processing non-flammable and non-explosive materials with a Mohs hardness below 3 and moisture content less than 6%, including limestone, talc, barite, calcite, manganese ore, gypsum, graphite, bentonite and other soft materials.
The equipment is mainly used for producing high-quality manufactured sand with a fineness range of 20–120 mesh. The finished sand features finer particle size and higher quality compared with conventional ultra-fine sand, and is widely applied in architectural coatings, flue gas desulfurization (FGD) systems for coal-fired power plants, artificial stone sand production, mortar sand preparation, feed-grade sand processing and other applications.

Offers excellent cost-performance and a wide range of applications.

Delivers stable system performance with high efficiency and output.

Versatile equipment capable of grinding a wide variety of materials.

Compact footprint helps save on facility costs.

Simple to operate and maintain; requires minimal manpower.

Features a highly integrated system and a streamlined process flow.

Material crushed to a size of less than 15 mm is fed into the main chamber of the sand-making machine via a conveying mechanism. The main motor drives the rotation of the machine's main shaft and pendulum assembly through a belt drive system. The material is pulverized by the impact and compression of the high-speed rotating pendulums; sand particles meeting the required specifications exit through the top discharge assembly, fall by gravity into the powder selection unit, and are discharged via a chute as the final product. Oversized particles are returned to the machine's interior for further crushing. Powdered material rises with the airflow through the powder selection unit and enters the classifier; coarse powder falls back into the lower housing of the powder selection unit and is discharged via a chute, while finer powder passes through the classifier—with larger particles collected in a large cyclone and discharged through a discharge valve, and smaller particles collected in a pulse dust collector. The airflow throughout the entire system operates under negative pressure, ensuring a clean working environment.
